K-pop supergroup BTS will turn Seoul into a citywide festival to celebrate their upcoming comeback, highlighted by a large-scale drone show on March 20.
On March 16, the group released detailed program information for “BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL” (hereafter “The City Seoul”) through the global superfans platform Weverse. The citywide project will run from March 20 to April 19, bringing a series of events and experiences across the capital.

From March 20 to 22, the event plaza at Yeouido Hangang Park will transform into a music-filled space. The “Love Song Lounge” will allow visitors to share and listen to music together, drawing particular attention as it connects to the global campaign slogan for the new album: “WHAT IS YOUR LOVE SONG?” The venue will feature interactive experiences centered on music, along with busking performances and photo zones.
From April 6 to 12, Exhibition Hall 1 at Dongdaemun Design Plaza will be transformed into “DDP ARMY Madang.” Meanwhile, from April 6 to 19, areas including Cheonggyecheon Stream and Yongsan Station will host the “Love Quarter” program, featuring media installations that bring the message of BTS’ new album to life through light and video set against city landscapes such as stone walls, stairways and tree-lined streets.
